On average, we lease properties in as little as 21 to 30 days once they are "rent-ready." We use aggressive marketing across all major platforms (Zillow, Trulia, etc.) and a streamlined self-touring process to get qualified residents moved in fast.
We use a rigorous, in-house underwriting process that goes beyond a simple credit score. Our team verifies income, employment, debt-to-income ratios, criminal history, and previous landlord references to ensure we place only high-quality residents.
Unlike others who outsource to unknown vendors, we use an in-house maintenance team. This allows us to control the quality of work, the speed of repairs, and mitigate markup costs, which keeps residents happy and protects your bottom line.
We offer two disbursements every month via ACH direct deposit. You will receive your primary funds on the second Friday of the month, with a second "catch-up" disbursement at the end of the month to ensure you get your money as quickly as possible.
At Evernest, we believe in earning your business every day. We don’t lock you into long-term annual contracts. If you aren't satisfied with our service, you can terminate your agreement at any time with a simple 30-day notice and no termination fee.
